Regardless of Alloush’s political background, Religion and the period of time this statement was made (during the gov formation).

Alloush directly blamed the Christian conflicts and their short term pragmatic and ad hoc agreements for weakening Lebanon everytime since 1943.

How would you interpret this statement?

Putting history aside, i think he’s pointing out the importance of a current ‘united’ Christian role facing, what he thinks, the Iranian threat. ie Shiaa and Hizballa. Hence why he used ‘Kiyan’

All while putting the blame on Christians explicitly and (imo) Shiaa implicitly for the dangers imposed on Lebanon as an Entity.
