All around me, 3alam m3attara, bet lawwe 2alb... All ages, all regions, all cultures. Muslims and Christians. Smiles and tears.

2awedem. Regular people. People who have been crushed repeatedly by the militias and the warlords and the corruption but refuse to give up.

Many people missing, sending us text messages from abroad. Telling us they're crying at the TV and wishing they were there, and wishing things were better.

Many people at home, confused by torrents of despair and a fool's hope...

We remember the martyrs who came before us. We remember our plight today. I don't know what is in store for us or for this country, but I hope we can rise up above the hate and the rot and somehow overcome this.

How about if you try to acknowledge and remember the living prisoners in the your master Bashar’s dungeons first.

If they were repeatedly crushed by corruption, why do they insist on reelecting the corrupt?

Last time I checked, Ibrahim Kanaan is very much at the core of FPMer and he's the one responsible for torpedoing the economic reform plan.

Are we really gonna sweep that under the crapet and pretend it never happened?
