There will be no disarmament of Hezballah for as long as Lebanon is threatened. Any disarmament that amounts to striping naked in front of the israehelli terror machine is out of the question. Hezballah can only give guarantees, perhaps, that it will not lead an offensive attack on israehell and its weapons will remain solely for defensive purposes.
