Disclaimer: Thread is only meant for educational purposes. Sectarianism is shameful and you should be ashamed if you're doing it.

I will just list ones I find creative. Not really obvious ones.

To Druze (since I'm Druze and have to be impartial)

بني ملفوف
Word-play on بني معروف
Mostly used by Palestinians Sunnis.

تيوس
/
عجولة
Because of the misconception that Druze worship the calf.
Also because of old depictions of Druze just seeing red and attacking together when they're angry.

أبو لية
Because the Druze Shirwal from behind looks like a sheep's bottom.
Used by older Aley / Bsous / Baabda Christians.

To Twelver Shiahs

روزخوني
Iranian etymology. Basically stands for the Iranian storyteller of Hussien's "hero tragedy" stories.
Used to make fun of Shiahs by Iraqi Sunnis. To call them "storytellers" or "people who make up stories".

سحرة زردشت
Based on the depiction of Shiahs as "Zorostrian Magians".
Used by Iraqi Sunnis.

ثكالة
As in mourning women who had a stillbirth.
Pokes fun about how Twelvers keep crying about Hussein.
Used mainly by Ismaelis and Alewites to depict Twelver Shiahs.

To Sunnis

شمامين كلة
"Kila" is meant for a ball made out of melted nylon / unwanted plastic which poor kids in Egypt play with. Not a dead body.
But nowadays it's also used as "sniffers of dead bodies" due to story of Mohammad sleeping with a dead aunt.
The kila ball has a disgusting smell. The implication is that Sunnis are high on it.
Used mostly by Egyptian atheists to depict Egyptian Sunnis.

صلاعمة
صلعومي

Play on "peace be upon him" in Arabic said after the Islamic Prophet's name.

نشالين صحاري
Coined by Qarmatians. First ever outright depiction of Mohammad as such.

To Wahhabis

قراد الخيل
Stands for "Horse Ticks".
Meant to make fun of Bedouin caravans.
Used by Iraqis against Gulf Arabs.

أل سلول
Play on Al-Saud.

To Maronites

خدام أرزاق
/
مكارية
/
مرابطين

Because of the depiction of Maronites as peasants.
Used mostly by Druze.

مشعوذين مي
Water magicians.
Because Maronites have St Charbel miracles involving water. And because of Jesus miracles involving water.
So far used by one Druze Sheikha I know.

لبانييزي
Play on the word "Lebanese", pronounced as "Lebaneeeezee".
Used to make fun of Maronites who claim unique Lebanese identity

To Roum Catholic / Roum Orthodox

إرث كسية
Play on the word "Orthodox" in Lebanese.
Means heritage of weaklings.

تنتونات
Because they have a lot of "Tony".
Implies they're effeminate.

عجوز الروم
Used in Levantine culture to depict an ugly Roman woman in general.
Can be used to insult a Roum Christian woman too.

i think the thread starter is a druze himself - dont have time to keep track of the so many nickname changes - since he omitted one of the biggest qualifications the other Lebanese attribute to the druze.

    any guesses?

edit: ok he said so in the OP. well still, he omitted it. had to log out to check as he is on my nonsectarian and undiscriminating ignore list with many others

I omitted Ghadareen. Because it's not creative.

And I believe it's qualities* and not qualifications.

And that's my same nickname. It's your fault that you don't read your mother tongue.

You're atheist, give back that cross to @HannaTheCrusader or else betshakek 3end the @Dark Angel
Someone who trolls my written Arabic with Latin characters and says my dialect is Shia Armenian uses the word "betshakek". What does that mean? Even Armenians dont pronounce that way.

I doubt this preacher even has me on ignore.
You can "show hidden content". No?
    Hmm... I smell something fishy.
