In the civilized countries, people (both candidates and electors) abide by the minimal professional ethics.... There are obvious things in these countries
Bla bla bla... Give it up already. For realTcharrafna... Performance is proportional to how much one is fit for the job... When your country is a state similar to what the Lebanese state is today people need to abide by professional ethics to evolve... Education is essential for an MP and you won't be able to convince me otherwise because if one doesn't have the necessary background there is no way to draft and discuss laws that would make you advance.
Bla bla bla... Give it up already. For real
You kept drifting in your argument, you have no idea where you landedYa ebbareh you are happy with your conclusion, and you will not convince me than when you elect unqualified people you will get good performance. Evolution requires higher standards and that is a reality, especially when you are light years behind civilized countries...

What does this lecture have to do with the requirement for an MP to have a university degree? Education might be a small part of life IN GENERAL (and this is NOT the topic I am discussing) but it is essential for someone who is willing to discuss laws and ensure the modernization of a state in our current times. Khalasna ba2a saff 7aki.... If you want to have evolved country you have to respect the professional ethics that are respected in evolved countries....
What do these examples have to do with the job description of being a parliament member? We are talking about the duties of an MP and what it takes for him/her to do their job as it should be.... 7ajj tetfalsaf
Bas la2ano 3andak uni degree doesnt mean you can do good for the country. Most have uni degrees, masters degree and even PHD w ma3 kel 7eda mabya3mol chi la mante2to. We need people who care for the country and the land their great grandfathers are from not one who sells it to the highest bidder.
So are you implying that people who have university degrees don't care for the country and the land? Chou hal ta2 el 7anaq heyda?
You have patriots from all sort of backgrounds, and education is not a criterion for patriotism. Every person's contribution is important! This is not the issue, the issue is when it comes to the job requirements for an MP to be able to produce laws and advance the state then the person must have the appropriate education to do so.
