I only noticed 2 women. Is the shiite baalbeck one the woman with short dark hair? What do we know about her, is she a tayyar activist? Even though she didn't speak or anything but she exuded a positive aura of some sort, I can tell I will like her hehe. I hope she makes it!A lot of positives, as discussed above. I'm proud of the fact that we have many candidates who are Sunnis and Shiites, including a female Shiite from Baalback. It's also great to see an Alawite candidate in Akkar. However, there are a few negatives as outlined below:
The nomination of 3 Maronite candidates in Baabda does not makes sense. The FPM/HA/Amal alliance can at most elect 4 MPs. If that happens, it will be 2 FPM, 1 HA and 1 Amal. We simply don't have the numbers to elect all 3 FPM candidates. If the FPM/HA/Amal alliance elects 3 MPs, it will either be 2 FPM / 1 HA or 1 FPM / 1 HA / 1 Amal. By nominating 3 Maronite candidates instead of 2, we are significantly harming our chances of electing 2 FPM MPs and instead helping Amal to elect an MP. This really really troubles me. Unless we have a good explanation, one of our 3 candidates must withdraw.
It's disappointing that we only have 3 female candidates and no C&R candidates in Western Bekaa, Tripoli/Minye/Donniyye and Zahrani/Sour. Why not? Who are the FPM supporters going to vote for in these regions? Also, why not include Elie Ferzli in our list of C&R candidates. He has clearly indicated that he wants to be part of the C&R block and an ally to the FPM and the President.

We announced three female candidates at the event. They are:
- Ghada Assaf - Baalback/Hermal (Shiite Seat)
- Greta Saab - Koura (Orthodox Seat)
- Corinne Al-Ashkar - Maten (Maronite Seat)
According to this website ---> tayyar.org - Elections 2018, Ghada is listed as Free Patriotic Movement. See the screenshot below.

It would be interesting to have an "alternative" shi3a from that area and from within the tayyar. I hope she makes it!If our list can win 10% of the vote, then we have a seat. If we are beaten to the Melkite seat, then she wins. It's a long shot though but worth a try.
7abibe l masla7a halla2 puts them together. You just wait after the elections. Each MP will makes his own party. Is this a ceremony to announce candidates or a WWE wrestling championship? I like how each "candidate" is being paraded on stage to a motivational theme song, before being joined by the Undertaker himself "Gibran Bassil".
And to see Michel Mouawad celebrating with FPM on stage is ****ing hilarious.
