Smaller parties, individuals, think tanks etc... you cannot single out FPM and say they are the only ones. Similarly, you cannot put FPM in the same group of parties/individuals who are at the heart of corruption or protecting it.Politically? Who else genuinely made it part of their platform, regardless of individual efforts in a ministry here and there? Those efforts wouldn't be possible if FPM hadn't made it central to their political platform. Someone had to push the narrative in order for people to act.
Sure, but a big barrier is also a system that has allowed corrupt elements to fester and feed off the despair of those people who've gotten used to not having what we would consider "good" options.
