Harriri is not ideal but today is taking a responsible position plus he is well connected
True, but he is also blocking the government formation for minor reasons. What’s the difference between 18 or 20 ministers? Does Lebanon has the luxury today to afford blocking the government formation over such a detail ?
They are both unwilling to form a government because they can’t stand each other and they definitely can’t work together. Everytime one of them will agree on something, the other one will create a new issue. No Hariri government will be formed under Aoun’s Era. That’s cristal clear by now.
That’s why the best way to go is Hariri, FM, LF, Kataeb, PSP, to step aside till next year parliamentary elections, which will open the way for a new Diab alike government to be formed. Any government now is still better than no government at all.

Truth be told these are details. It’s the principle that is an issue. Hariri, probably guided by sanioura, Joumblat and Berri, is trying to circumvent the will of the street that elected FPM to power. This is a large chunk of the Christian population and it is unacceptable. Of course, mitil il 3adeh, GMA has zero tact in the matter and called Hariri out as a liar... now it became personal and someone needs to compromise - actually everybody needs to compromise - for it to work, but there is no compromise on representation.
