Wazni is a stooge, he can't enact anything without Berri's approval even if it was his plan. Berri would never give the ministry of finance to anyone without his approval.
A stooge or not that's not the idea here.

Berri will do his best to sabotage this gov; he wants Diyab to fail; he'll side any day with Joumbi and Hariri to bring him down.

Ghazi Wazni is not Amal material!

    Akid.

Berri/Joumbi/Hariri can't live without the other, they need each other. They will do whatever it takes to go back to the status quo.

Do your own job - you want me to hear it, not I nor my friend.
He said let Israehell withdraw from the occupied Lebanese lands, stop cross border violations, not tamper with our oil and gas resources and find a solution to the Palestinians refugees in Lebanon and he (MP Jamil al Sayyid) can guaranty that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will halt the resistance.

Yet FPM approved in renewing Salemeh's term.

You either oppose the renewal of Salemeh's mandate and show your intention that you want a new person or you don't.
FPM made many mistakes, no doubt about that. They shouldn't have put in their hands in the hands of the TAEF stooges to begin with. They mistakenly thought that they can force change from within but they failed miserably and yet they proved unable to stand against the majority of the TAEF class especially that HA always stood with Berri and the TAEF gangs. Even if they wanted to remove Salemeh they could not! But they had to resign and drive the people's revolution, but here again we don't know if they would have succeeded also because the Lebanese people are always driven by the corrupted leaders of the tawa2ef. Perhaps now the hunger will awake the Lebanese people. Everything has good and bad sides!

Rafidi, my family grows local produce, we tried to sell before but we couldn't because the whole political climate does not favor agriculture at all. Especially that most of the fertilizers and other materials used to grow local produce are imported. So we only decide to grow things and distribute the produce to our family and close friends and whatever is left we let the farmers sell and keep the earnings to themselves.

Also, Lebanon is a great great place for small scale farming especially that small scale farming promotes bio or organic type farming. Guess how many certification bodies we have in Lebanon for that? None, zero. We used to have Libancert but they closed down and now a lot of farmers who want export to other countries have to get certification from outside (mainly Europe) and it costs a huge amount of money. There are no subsidies from the government at all to help the agriculture to boom and not to mention it is very expensive right now to buy seeds in Lebanon to grow crops. Yes it is time for us to focus on local production I agree, but the government has to pressure the banks and put reforms to stop the banking sector from failing. How can a local farmer pay for all the raw materials he needs to produce crops if the banks put capital control and doesn't allow farmers to pay for fertilizers, irrigation equipment, etc... ? There is no money in the agricultural sector unfortunately.
I edited my post. Check the addition I made to it on livestock.

I cant imagine we import cows and sheep. Most of our foods are meat based. We should have the largest lfarms in the world producing livestock and we should be the country to export, not import.
I agree, but there is no money for farmers currently and with the capital controls and strict rules on wire transfers, farmers are not able to buy any equipment to help raising livestock and grow crops. They just don't have the money.

Reforms that the Diab government planned would help the agriculture sector, but unfortunately we will never see those reforms come to fruition.

That's why people should get ready for a real revolution with martial courts (how lovely that will be to see the robbers put on trial in the streets). But again the acting PM has the power to significantly change the game now and no one can stop him if he wants to.
how can he change anything at all? once he starts touching the parties they will go to parliament vote him down. and then 6 months without government will drag on and on. Deja vu... The solution is not while these parties are in power.

The president should just declare that this is the plan and we're going with it.

And tell kanaan and Alain to shut the hell up

How does FPM accept a govt with berri in control of the finances. Don't blame HA. You are together in it.

FPM could learn from Bifani honor and ethics. When you really mean that someone hinders your good work, you should resign.

FPM should have stayed in the opposition. Now their hands are as dirty as the taef gang.

FPM as a party made many mistakes but they did NOT rob like the TAEF gangs and your red sentence is not correct. Of course one has to blame HA because they are the most effective cover for Berri and they never did anything to stop corruption. You cannot stop Berri until the opposition comes from within the Shiite community because otherwise the conflict will be taken into a religious/sectarian conflict. If the Shiites, and mainly HA, do not stop Berri then no one can do that because the alternative is civil war. Ma badda hal2ad zaka ye3ni!

Those internet users that have nothing else to do than insulting FPM and the president would have been much more appreciated had they directed their "anger" towards the real thieves. Stop defending idiots...
The internet users voted you as you promised them war on corruption.
They gave you majority in the govt.

The rest is history, nauseating deals and strategies.

You are calling for a revolution now? You really think FPM will be spared in a revolution.

Do you know all those internet users? I don't think so and therefore you are not entitled to talk on their behalf.

Look, if FPM is responsible in anywhere I don't mind that the party gets punished by the public opinion. 7ajj tetfalsafo and stop wasting precious time attacking FPM for some psychological reasons... Rou7o tfaddalo choufo min sara2kon... attacking FPM day and night for ideological reasons and doing nothing else is only protecting those who robbed you and extending their lifetime...

From the first day the protesters went to protest in front of BDL , the stolgans were "killoun ya3ne killoun", "yaskot 7okm ll masref", the trends on twitter were "بري_شي_بخري ",

The problem with FPM was instead of embracing the revolution, they tried along with LF and FM to play the 8 March/14 March game, where they blame each other and each keeps his people afraid from the "other" parties.

Because LF has a million arguments to say against Hizbullah, and FPM has a million arguments against LF and FM, but none of them can't stand a change to explain their acts in front of a normal citizen

The idea that people were targeting FPM only exists in FPM media, because what can they say? when people went down against the system, they protected Berri and HA and are part of this system ?

How will they explain that when Berri thugs attacked protesters, they stood quiet and no one denounced anything ?
