In the morning, I love to make a mixed berries smoothie before my workout or just work - depends on the day.

All you need is :

- Almond milk
- Frozen mixed berries
- Vanilla Whey Protein

And if you like extra sugar just one teaspoon of agave syrup.

And then enjoy !

I also like kale smoothie, this is my recipe :

- Juice of one lemon
- 2 kiwis
- Kale
- One glass of fresh water
