[Hunting] Hunting with bow, spear & others (not for faint hearted)

I don't like hunting, actually I hate it, but lately I was seeing videos on hunting warthogs in different ways.
There was something weird ! Since I found the warthog (as all hogs) so ugly, I didn't feel bad for it...
I actually enjoyed it !!!!! :oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:

IMPORTANT: Some scenes are hard, so don't watch if you are sensitive !

Texas has hog problem, they are counting in the millions and doing significant damage to the agriculture, so it is always open season for hog hunting.
Many are specialised in hog trapping... and dispatching..

This is dark

this should actually be an entertainment industry in certain places if you ask me. turn a problem into profit. I definitely prefer this method to throwing bows and spears. high caliber rifles= quicker death= more humane..

I always thought men who like to throw around spears (most specifically), bows, and just enjoy hunting in general had issues with their masculinity!

If you need to assert your dominance on wild animals or any other creature for that matter, ods are you're not secure enough in your own skin.

In my teenage years I only hunted one season and I am still regretting it till now...
But I saw hogs so ugly that I was not touched nor affected by their killing !!!
I know it sounds weird but this is the case.
my conscious is more clear when I knew that they pose real ecological and agriculture problem. Despite the hunting, trapping and even poisoning Texas is unable to control their population. One guy said that 15 hogs will become 60 in few months !!! that's an exponential growth

There's a significant amount of difference between a caveman who had no other option than to use a spear and a modern man who willingly chooses to use one!

If you don't see the need to compensate for something/assert your masculinity I'm thinking you belong to that category of people who choose to be unnecessarily cruel in order to validate their own self worth!

Why is a bullet that fragments inside the animal's body more humane than a bow or spear killing blow?

They are both cruel ways of killing, none least masculine than the other. One of physical prowess the other of tactical prowess

One leads to immediate death while the other leads to unnecessarily prolonging their suffering.

Anyway I personally find absolutely no enjoyment in either watching or participating in such activities and can't personally relate to men and women who derive pleasure from chasing down and killing an animal. I understand I'm a hypocrite since I have absolutely no issues enjoying wild boar meat but I still judge people who choose to make hunting them down their hobby! Particularly if it envolve phallic shaped objects that they thrust into living beings!

in the mind of the morally deviant snowflake generation it is not the killing itself that matters, but rather the pain. in a nutshell hayde.

You're slowly but surely turning into a caricature of one of those homeless men with deep rooted psychological issues who keep ranting about god, the afterlife, and "the morally deviant snowflakes", it's really sad!
