@agnostic He's attacking you. @Rafidi Inta zamatit. :cigar:
He is somehow right....Berri managed thru the taef system and Syrian occupation to steal money from the state - mostly Christians tax payers and diaspora money deposits in the Banks- to employ and pay salaries to hundreds of thousands of shi3a in the state institutions as well as to provide basic goods for them on the 1500 LBP/ USD price also at the cost of the diaspora USD deposits.
Now this is finished since Christians have no more money to be stolen and diaspora stopped sending money to Lebanon banks.

This illusion about Christians paying more taxes or paying taxes more than others and others "stealing" their taxes is not only annoying but very stupid by whoever is making such a statement. You sound very ignorant and uneducated to make such sectarian and baseless and silly claim with no basis.

Christians are 30% or less of the population. Just take for example the VAT on food and the telecoms charges and prices. Who spend more on these, Muslims who make up 70% or Christians? This is common sense. Except if you imagine Muslims dont use phones and they feed on leaves from the trees lining the sideways.

Also, taxes are not charged based on your religion. Taxes are either taxed based on consumption or based on income. Apparently, or generally, based on number, Christians are assumed to consume less. In terms of income, if you make more money, and you spend/consume more, then you pay more taxes. This has got nothing to do with religous affiliation. The bigots among your stupid, sectarian and racist and hateful leaders who have brainwashed you guys to make such a delusional claim repeatedly are of the opinion that there is a divine stamps on the butts of Lebanese Christians proving they pay taxes while others lack that tax stamp on their butts. Really stupid!

The MOF was targeting the Christians owned business/firms to collect taxes and thru systematical corruption waiving the taxes of Muslims owned firms.
The social security (daman) is another way of stealing Christians money as the income is 70% from Christians firms and the beneficiaries are 70% Muslims.
Stealing was done thru many ways like sanduk mhajarin, majlis jnub, ha2yt inam2 wl i3mar....etc where the beneficiaries were always mostly Muslims.
Even the municipality of Beirut practiced sectarianism against Christians parts of the capital.

Note: refrain from insults bc I can do worst.

This is not stealing. If such a thing exists and Muslim owned businesses were spared taxation, then this is unfair. But this is not stealing from you. You still have to pay. And whatever you paid was your due. There is no stealing here.

Can you back up your claim that Muslim owned businesses were spared of taxation and what taxation? Do you have the names of those businesses?

This is not stealing. Social security is paid for or debited from employee's salary. Do you want to employ people and not give them social security because of their religion? What are you saying?

Stealing is one thing. And thieves come from all sects. But dont tell me you pay tax and others dont. When most of the taxes collected in Lebanon are consumption taxes. And the community you are advocating for pays less by virtue of its numerical size. And if you pay as businesses, it is for what you earn. You have to pay for what you earn. This is fair. If you earn more, you pay more.

7aram FPM... they spent years and vilifying 14 March for its anti-HA rhetoric,
only to realize that their so-called allies (HA, M8) turned into their staunchest opponents.

If you listen to any FPM supporters today, you'd have a hard time distinguishing their discourse from that of a Phallangist or an LFer.

LOL and to think Elie el Ferzli, the number 1 Syrian stooge, ran on FPM's Takatul el Qawi list...

They extend Berri and Salame's terms, they elect Syrian stooges, and then wonder what went wrong.
They can play the victim as much as they want. No one's falling for it.
