This one I don't agree with. Why does he want to limit the money from abroad? ma fhemta!
He thinks Lebanese spent too much money on tourism outside
4 billion dollars who get out of Lebanon
We want to be spent inside Lebanon
Great but everything costly and polluted in Lebanon
The price of one hotel night in Lebanon 300$
You go to turkey one week with a ticket 4 star hotel
One day on any private beach in Lebanon for a family is 300 $
He is wrong here and on tax on (servant)

Ministries should go.
All state ministries 7 of them.
Displaced ministry saro 8.
Tourism join it with economy and trade saro 9.
Information gone saro 10.
Youth and Sports gone saro 11.

11 out of 30 gone leaves 19. 5 ministries added.

1) Public works cut into 2. One for civil aviation, urban planning and the other for roads, admin and land and maritime.
2) Finance ministry should be cut into 2. One who is responsible for the state finances and the other that monitors the state finances.

Yep this is a problem. The Lebanese populace earn a month how much? $1200? $1500? some as low as $600.
There is alot of money going out of the country BUT the cost of being in a hotel in Beirut is too much and the cost in Lebanon is a rip off to be honest. There needs to be a regulator appointed in the government and this should be allocated to the President. A regulator to check prices and any person placing a cost too high is caught and fined. There should be costs across the board and implemented by the government.

I am with mostly cutting the councils and institutions that do not work or have been there for a long time and not doing anything. They should also be looking at the incentives and wages that government employees are getting and that is ALL gov employees. There is no way that a person can become an MP and get 50% of his wage for the rest of his life. This is pure crap. Something needs to give especially that some of the MPs have local businesses.

I suggest a council is opened for Akkar, Baalbeck-Hermel, the north Christian districts also. **** it!
Let’s begin by reducing prices
Lebanon is very costly plus polluted
If some family can’t go to Europe
Visa plus very costly
Let them go to Turkey in peace to
relax
Let Bassil reduce prices in Lebanon and have a clean ? beach free of charge

The issue is more than this.
1) of all the government if it had the balls would get back all its beaches in the public hands. It is absurd that you need to pay to go to the beach. 2) once in public hands there should be no cost to go to a beach, if you want to take lunch with u etc.
3) There needs to be a regulator in charge of pricing for everything. There needs to be someone who looks at prices and gives the company a hefty fine if it is doing the wrong thing.

What we need urgently before 2020 solar energy manufacturing as soon as possible even if you can do it individually.
Gas and petroleum extraction may take time and it is governmental and confessional ans even internationally decision. Every house or manufacturer can have its own solar energy.
Second, in Lebanon if we can increase productivity especially food agroaliment or food processing.
Let’s start by these two

Mate increase exports. We have so much products that we can export from oil to olives to tobacco etc.
Decrease your imports. Then close all the illegal smuggling from the ports. Close institutions that don't work. That like 3 things that can save money.

The Ministry of Tourism should do something about it.

We keep talking about cutting stuff, but what about improving social programs to help the people, like universal healthcare.
