Eject, yes. Dispose of…au contraire!

i truly believe that soon, we will see this whole region be at war with each other.
The idiot in chief still doesn’t know how to deal with these Mullahs. The more “nice” he is towards them, the more willing they are to do stuff like this;
I have no problem dealing with mullahs the Trump way, but underlying story about drone attack on Iraqi PM - how do we now that it is Iran's doing.
It all seems related to the actions of the Iran-backed militias over the past several months….
I do not see it beneficial for Iran still - in case of success replacement will come back with a vengeance and it will make it even worse for Iran.
"even though they [militias] may sometimes execute policies that are not exactly aligned with the central government"Perhaps, but these militias are nevertheless to an extent connected to the Iranian regime, even though they may sometimes execute policies that are not exactly aligned with the central government.
If the Mullahs really wanted to, they could clamp down more strongly on this sort of stuff…
"even though they [militias] may sometimes execute policies that are not exactly aligned with the central government"
- which technically creates opportunity for plausible deniability for mullahs and as such negates the need for mullahs to -
"clamp down more strongly on this sort of stuff".
But they have the political and technical capacity to stop it. If they don’t, then they obviously don’t posses the sort of power and influence that they originally claimed to have, which should of course be used by the current administration as leverage in the nuclear talks (don’t count on that).
"But they have the political and technical capacity to stop it"
Assuming you are correct, which is not necessarily so for typically militias as more or less rogue, they are not obligated to stop it and especially if they believe it to be beneficial for them.
