ذكرت مصادر صحيفة "الأنباء" الكويتية، أن تسوية ما تمت بخصوص التحقيق بتفجير مرفأ بيروت، لغير مصلحة المسار الذي يعتمده المحقق العدلي طارق البيطار، لأن فتح الدورة الاستثنائية للبرلمان يعيد الحصانة للنواب، وبالذات الصادر بحقهم مذكرات توقيف غيابية عن البيطار، وبتفعيل جلسات المجلس يمكن للثنائي إعادة إحياء المجلس الأعلى لمحاكمة الرؤساء والوزراء، وبالتالي سحب ملف هؤلاء من يد القاضي البيطار، ما يسقط مبرر مقاطعة وزراء الثنائي لجلسات مجلس الوزراء.

صدر عن رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري، تعقيباً على نص العقد الاستثنائي ما يلي: "المجلس سيد نفسه ولا يقيّده أي وصف للمشاريع أو الإقتراحات التي يقرر مكتب المجلس طرحها، ويعود لرئيس الجمهورية حق الرد بعد صدورها عن الهيئة العامة الى المجلس. هذا حكم الدستور وما استقر عليه الاجتهاد. اقتضى التصويب".

1) He shouldn’t have signed. But also Berri was creating a petition and maybe the President got worried that they can enforce on him items that can be discussed in the session. So he tried to beat them to it. Ana i wouldnt sign it and i wouldnt participate in the session either.
2) Berri really is a baltajeh… he should be following the constitution and stop this bs charade. From the MOF to saying that his party wants to abandon sectarianism to statements like this that the house is its own master. La2 it isnt and the session has been signed with items listed. Done thats it follow the rules and open the session with the items listed.

كشفت مصادر قصر بعبدا لـ"الجديد" أن مجلس النواب سيكون ملزما بمناقشة مشاريع واقتراحات القوانين المحددة بمرسوم فتح الدورة الاستثنائية مع ترك الباب مفتوحا أمام ما يمكن أن يقره مكتب المجلس ضمن الاطار المحدد في المرسوم.
وتابعت المصادر: "برنامج أعمال الدورة الاستثنائية يعطي الاولوية لمواضيع مهمة وضرورية تحتاجها المرحلة الدقيقة لاسيما مشروع قانون الموازنة، واخرى تتناول الانتخابات النيابية والتدقيق المالي لجهة تمديد العمل بالقانون الخاص بتعليق العمل بالسرية المصرفية."

Bro when did Bitar give any importance to how the ship arrived and unloaded the Nitrate in the port?
Beside that and suppose the information given by Aziz was true while he didn't give its source to check it, if a trade company once transported goods for the Syrian government does this guarantee that all its operations are for the Syrian governments?
We all know that you hate the Syrian regime very much. But it is very cheap to use the port explosion to promote your propaganda with very weak arguments.
Bitar is a whore for several strong proofs:
- He doesn't care to put innocent people in jail for several years
- He doesn't care about who brought the Nitrate
- He doesn't care how the Nitrate exploded
- He doesn't care about who made unlawful judgements to make the ship be hold in the port
- He doesn't care about who made unlawful judgements to make the Nitrate be unloaded in the port and later to not let them leave the port
- He doesn't care about the LA officers who took unlawful decisions to not get rid of the ticking bomb we had in port.
- He doesn't care about the LA officer who advised the PM Hassan Diab to not give any importance for the ticking bomb in the port.
