I was actually wondering today what happened to @joseph_lubnan ...
Googling Moral Purity
This is so unfair to the guy and I hope he can win in court as I heard he might file a lawsuit against Google.
Actually it is not a secret that the number of women in tech industry is low.
The guy is trying to analyse the reason behind this low number.
I might agree or disagree with his analysis but I see no reason to fire him.
Based on my experience since engineering school, I can tell that there were few girls in my class, (to the opposite of the pharmacy for example).
Not because boys are smarter (actually I remember that during my school and up until baccalaureate the first of the class was a girl)
In the IT specialisation the percentage dropped even more.
Later during work, girls switched careers after few years.
During the recruiting process we receive probably less than 5% resumes from girls who want to work in the field.
Clearly this not something they are passionate about.
I don't know for sure. It might be biology or something else, but clearly most intellectual women do not choose this domain.
So it is not a reason to make a fuss out of it.

Just imagine if a woman wrote a similar memo and got fired by Google.

Some wise words right there.
@Isabella I hope it's not too late for you. You can thank me later for saving your marriage.
You're so easily fooled with internet tricks. You have no way to know if this is the authentic umm sattoula al jahiliya talking behind the black screen or if it's abu fa77oul al jamoussi dressed in a black tent and pretending he is umm sattoula.
