Very highly unlikely. But you never know, according to the banks loan scandal, some people got loans for homes that don't exist!
The more i know about how things in lebanon are the more i consider sicilian mafia as a mother theresa style association.. believe me to the word .

Since the lebanese crisis have a regional implication and regionally influenced and in order to put up the puzzle i need to find some answers :
    1. What is the amount of gas that tyrkey, israel, cyprus , gaza and egypt are able to export. And what is the lebanese one.
    2. Where the interests of russia and iran goes in conflict.
    3. For how long the shia community can resist against an economic crisis.
1 - any country surrounding israel, should not benefit 100% from its own oil and gas, else you will become a great threat to israel's security
in israel's and America's dictionary. therefore the amount doesn't matter, all the oil and gas will be retrieved, which matters is how much
benefits Lebanon as a country will receive in the first phase? ( later how it will be sectarian divided is not known yet )

2 - Russia and America will benefit from Syria's oil and gas where the Syrian share will be used to rebuild Syria in other terms indebted and occupied Syria
will be rebuilt but won't have an economy or a military that will threaten israel. Iran's benefit only from Syria's share and will have the Syrian market to pour its merchandise in along with Russian merchandise

3 - The shi3a community won't be able to resist for long (already people are committing suicide in this sect mostly) and their political officials and representatives are not serious in building a strong Lebanon. Until they agree that the US will take a part of Lebanon's share, matters will only become worse

how so ? explain in details ... you want a managerial division or a geographical division ?

ya 3ammeh those who destroyed istira7et sour that belongs to Randa to retrieve the public properties are in jail, those who burned the photo of Berri were shot at and been forced to apologize for ripping down a mere photo and burning it !! what will happen if they elected against Amal and HA !!
I'm not releasing the shi3a from any responsibility, it is just that this sectarian mentality was imposed on them since the civil war and they were forced to worship the sectarian warlord until this person brainwashed them !! look at "agnostic" for example, how arrogant he is with his posts .... or ignorant I'd rather say
if we dont want a sectarian division we place more power from the central gov
into provinces. each district as per the current electoral law has power from the central gov to manage their own affairs that is energy, water, finance, roads etc. the minorities in the districts which they dont form a majority are given a quota say 10% so their rights are guaranteed.

nothing is imposed on people. it was the old generation who was active in the civil war not those 40-45 year and below but yet most of those also vote for these parties and are more supportive of ‘their’ leaders than even the old generation. people are responsible and they have failed to hold politicians accountable for their actions, their corruption and making peoples lives miserable.

does a road or an electric current knows whose majority and whose minority ? ... why give powers to provinces and not directly to the Lebanese people ?
If a ministry doesn't fulfill its duties towards the people then the people can protest against this ministry and the minister will be changed immediately
when failing to fulfill his duties after being given the amount of time he asked to solve the problems of the ministry and start providing services to the Lebanese people
while in provinces, if a minister fails in this province and succeeds in another .. this will lead to a conflict and people will go against each others ... unless I am missing something. for example, if an energy plant is able to provide energy services for this province but not the other

because the old generation are the parents of the current generation and current generation are the parents of the new generation and all is fed from an early age, in universities, in schools, in the church and in mosques ... the plague starts their and as the person grows up, they become more and more brainwashed regardless of generation.
For example, when FPM went with Lebanese flags to peacefully protest in Bikfaya and were beaten by Kataeb supporters but is this kataebi protestor receiving all his rights and living decently ?

In every picture of Lebanon, in this thread, all one can see is concrete, smog, and cars. And angry looking bearded dudes.
I wouldn't call them angry, I would call them stupid - they are angry at the wrong people, they should be angry against their sectarian governors.
they are angry because they are not happy but they are stupid because they are not convinced to direct their anger in the right direction

give power to the people? i am giving them power to elect their local representatives mch aktar. the people most of them are a failure and this is the reason why we are in this mess. we need a solution and fast for this mess and decentralisation is one of those solutions. currently there is no accountability as people are sheep. let each person judge his representative in his local elections. when one from the south wants to judge one in zahle then we start to have sectarian issues. let a person from zahle who elected a local representative from zahle judge his elected representative.

the old generation are failures who placed in the minds of their children the same failures they went through. 5arjoun.. i cant even remove a person from a position in the state as i will be called sectarian, maskhara.

this is a very limited power that resulted in a corrupt sectarian system - congratulations

in this case you are asking for each province to have it is own power grid and its own power plant ?
why do you even need to consider giving minorities a right then?
roum in zahleh judge their elected representative but minorities in zahleh cannot do so ... how do you solve this ?

for this reason, I asked the Aounist to come and be part of the protest instead of committing the mistake they did in the beginning by listening to HA and demonizing the protests and calling them traitors for israel and keeping in doing so, until 14 of march managed to successfully kidnap the protests by presenting themselves as their protectors against the corrupt system which they are part of it but MISTAKENLY DEMONIZED BY BASSIL AND HA !! since day 1

I think you have trouble understanding economics and banking, and you have a lack of common sense. Why would the USA want something back and not China or Russia? Plus, have you see what happened to the countries these “saviours” got involved in. Nothing nice, actually

First of all, in 2018, Hezbollah did not get 30% of votes, so it does not represent 30% of the population. Further, events recently have been significant enough to alter people’s perception of the traditional political parties. Hezbollah is not immune.

The only way to find out is to have early elections.
You're right, elections are the only way to really find out. But logically speaking, there is no way that a year after getting 128/128 MPs from this political class, with a proportional law, to get more than 10 new MPs. Which is why, in case elections happen and the political class is more or else the same, all that has happened the past two months will be lost forever. Because no one would have the right to say we don't want them.

Of course. he is one of the experts committee that the president formed to suggest a plan with light taxes that you refused and that you are paying them 10 fold now and 100 fold once IMF interferes and forces us to raise TVA, benzine etc.
