Ski-mask (like Antifa), leather gloves with rabbit fur inside (Romania has good ones), boots with sheep fur inside and jacket with a warmer (ran on batteries) and thick black wool socks. Always keep a foldable snow-shovel in your pocket and dolly-cake snacks if you can't find any penguins to hunt.

On a series note, avoid gloves that don't have fur inside of them. Always have ice-claws for the windshield. Get a place with good heating. Get a heavy winter jacket. Wake up 1hr early on snow days to clean your car if it's parked outside.

@Muki, you noticed how generous these people are in distributing clothing advices to the left and right? Don't listen man, your wellbeing is the last of their concerns. Cold weather kills the genitals man, your pini wini will shrink to the size of a dry raisin, and so will your ears and nose (even if not a bad idea after all for you in particular).

When cold outside, Stay In Bed Muki.
