No country is perfect, but there is no country on this planet better than the USA, no matter its shortcomings. God bless America.

    @Viral please rise :)

    I'm aroused. Does that count?
On a more serious note, the US need to learn how to live and let live. Eventually it will because it's running out of ammunition.
Actually we always live and let live and we also always pay in kind.

You and Trump have something in common that I sincerely appreciate: Unlike Obama/Hillary, You and Trump are damn arrogant but honest!
    I can give you that!!!
Arrogance has nothing to do with it, it is simple recognition of reality.

Whatever the US did, the Soviets did as much, and worse. Ask anyone in Eastern Europe what they think of Russia, and everyone will tell you they can't stand it.
Communism has been completely discredited. But for some people, the enemy of their enemy is their friend, so they'd rather ignore the historical reality.

I don't think the US is running out of anything anytime soon, not in your or my lifetime :)

The US should tighten the screws on Iran, bring it back within its borders. Once Iran learns how to live and let live, come back and suggest that to the US :)

Of course it counts, but we already knew you have it in for the US, this is your arousal thread :)

Simply tightening screws to "bring Iran back within its borders" is not enough.
Tightening must continue until revolution is triggered and Mullah's regime is no more.

Hey music man. I don’t make them I sell them.?
Having said that, as they say, history is written by the victors; some like to believe what’s convenient but I find it refreshing to hear other versions of the story and formulate my own opinion somewhat in the middle.
Let’s not be naïve in thinking there is a shortage of misleading fake news in a day and age where many still believe Saddam had WMDs and are willing to argue they were found. Heck, some also like to give MBS the benefit of the doubt that Khashoggi left the Saudi Embassy unharmed. We live in a world where the abnormal becomes the norm and logic becomes conspiracy theories even if the criminal admits his crime.

    You never know.
You can't run around bullying the world forever without reactionary consequences. Especially under Trump who exposed the US intentions and interests vs its own allies like Canada and Western Europe even Saudi Arabia, the world is waking up. Let alone America's chosen adversaries like Russia, North Korea and China who are forging long term alliances that are already producing results. If you think there is no intelligence and wisdom outside the US, think again.

Here is an example where Putin won where Trump failed.

How many of us are aware of this....
Ironically, most of us here lost track that this is a communism/socialism country that lends money to capitalist counties like in Europe and the US.

Juncker refuses to reject Huawei 'just because it's Chinese' amid US pressure

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker says he won't bar Chinese firms like Huawei from doing business with Europe, as long as they respect market rules, despite continued US pressure to ban the company.
"We are not rejecting someone because he is coming from faraway, because he is Chinese, the rules have to be respected," Juncker said at a press conference with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe on Thursday.
Asked about his response to the US call to "eliminate" Chinese telecoms equipment from Europe's 5G buildout, Juncker was defiant. "The European Union and our internal market are open markets and all those respecting our rules governing this internal market are welcome," he said.

Last month, Europe's Parliament passed a resolution "expressing their deep concern" about alleged Chinese cybersecurity threats, but a subsequent statement from the European Commission regarding 5G cybersecurity did not include such language, instead merely urging member states to develop a "toolbox of mitigating measures" to combat cybersecurity risks to their growing 5G infrastructure.

The US has leaned heavily on allies to keep Huawei and other Chinese telecoms out of their countries, claiming the company could act as a spy for the Chinese government. Washington has even threatened to withhold intelligence from Germany over their refusal to ban the Chinese firm, pressure China's foreign minister has called "abnormal" and "immoral."
